Great place to work

Research Assistant Professor (Current Employee) Los Angeles, CA

ProsExcellent support for young professors in a leading academic institution. Pressure is high to perform, however, being part of such a successful institution is worth it.

ConsHealth sciences campus does not feel like a campus, more like an industrial park in a not-so-great par of town.

Advice to Senior ManagementMake the health science campus feel more like a part of USC. Make expectations of faculty clear and attainable. Keep up the great work.
