on campus student part time job

Senior Student Operator (Current Employee) Los Angeles, CA

Prossince its an on campus job, hours are pretty flexible, though once scheduled they're super strict. the pay is decent. double pay on holidays is awesome. not too much work. 24x7 maintenance opens up a variety of shift timings to cater to any student's wants

Conshard work on day shifts tend to go unappreciated.. rules have gotten stricter.. bunch of hypocrites who give you shocks at the end of the semester telling you you haven't been dedicated enough after you've slogged your ass off for them.

Advice to Senior Managementstudent appreciation is good enough, some go unappreciated, and their years of consistent work also is overlooked, and tiny faults are picked on, and put even the student's job in jeopardy. time to be fair.
