Pros

since its an on campus job, hours are pretty flexible, though once scheduled they're super strict. the pay is decent. double pay on holidays is awesome. not too much work. 24x7 maintenance opens up a variety of shift timings to cater to any student's wants

Cons

hard work on day shifts tend to go unappreciated.. rules have gotten stricter.. bunch of hypocrites who give you shocks at the end of the semester telling you you haven't been dedicated enough after you've slogged your ass off for them.

Advice to Management

student appreciation is good enough, some go unappreciated, and their years of consistent work also is overlooked, and tiny faults are picked on, and put even the student's job in jeopardy. time to be fair.

    Pros

Excellent support for young professors in a leading academic institution. Pressure is high to perform, however, being part of such a successful institution is worth it.

    Cons

Health sciences campus does not feel like a campus, more like an industrial park in a not-so-great par of town.

    Advice to Management

Make the health science campus feel more like a part of USC. Make expectations of faculty clear and attainable. Keep up the great work.

    Pros

Great working environment. Ability to learn several different functions. Flexible hours, opportunity to take on more or less hours as needed.

    Cons

As with any other customer service job, there are times when dealing with customers can be very difficult and experiencing rude and impolite customers is common.

    Advice to Management

The management is great for the most part, besides a few members who are not very helpful when it comes to asking for assistance.
