I worked at University of Tampa
Pros – Good benefits. Excellent faculty. Pretty campus.
Cons – Liberal arts school run by a former marketing professor whose middle name is "micromanager." Seems to value providing luxury dorms and fine dining over a solid education.
Advice to Senior Management – Try to run this as an actual university, not a luxury profit-making resort.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
