I have been working at University of Texas at Arlington

    Pros

An upcoming university and also cheap place to live in.

    Cons

Very unfair in deciding whom to fund and most PhD students get funded even when they are not producing any research papers.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Learn to spot and respect research oriented students whether they are MS or PhD. And bring some diversity among st the students.
