Pros – Good work environment, nice experience to learn, cool and relaxing job. Easy to manage both work and study. Its avails a half tuition waiver and helps the students a lot.

Cons – Compensation benefits are low. No growth potential. Its a part time offer. Sometimes becomes difficult to manage when exams are around.
