    Pros

    Beautiful campus, employment benefits are good for full time employees. Job security is high. Location has low living costs in a city which has access to almost anything in minutes.

    Cons

    part time employees don't get full benefits. need to show progress to continue job. graduate teaching assistant job will continue for 3-4 max years. part of the tuition needs to be paid and wont be waived in full.

    need to increase the GTA salary
