Pros

Good beinifits, growing univeristy. The oncampus env. is great and the people are in genral nice. Some of the departments are doing very well.

Cons

Arlington is not such a great area to live. Some departments are not growing. The human resources might not be very helpful and the parking on campus is becoming and issue.

I have been working at University of Texas at Arlington

    Pros

The pay is OK, but not excellent. The department moves to the new ERB building, which is quite nice.

    Cons

There are not so many activities in the department. And also there are not many academic talks hold each year.
