* Great place to learn from basic * Moderate pay in comparison to similar institutes * Nice work and research envirnment * No hard work schedule

Cons

* Lab is little far from the original campus * Projects funding is limited and therefore there is possibility to change research direction often.

Advice to Management

* Little more freedom to the researchers is necessary. * Help new researchers to get their own funding * Maintain constant direction towards a particular research project

    close to home, family friendly, working with other fabulous employees and students, great location, great academic programs, tuition benefits for employees who want to attend school
