ProsUT Austin is a great place. The people are nice and the department I worked in was wonderful.

ConsDepending on how you get paid as a graduate student, you might or might now have health insurance paid for by your lab.

Advice to Senior ManagementMany of the PIs are wonderful, but be sure to pick one who you can work with long term.
