Great place to work.

ProsThe people who work in the International Office are great to be around, the atmosphere is relaxed, but it's very conducive to being productive. The work load varies, but it's enough to keep you busy without feeling too stressed. Also, you meet interesting people from all over the world - how cool!

ConsI can't really think of any cons, the pay is so-so but it's a university job. No complaints from me! Except that the building is a bit far from campus. The air conditioning sometimes is not that great, but I'm really nitpicking there.

Advice to Senior ManagementKeep it up!
