I worked at University of Texas at Austin part-time for more than a year

Pros

I worked as a teaching assistant while in graduate school, they paid my tuition pretty much in full, plus provided salary and full benefits. Amazing set up for not a lot of work, highly recommend going the teaching route if you go to school here.

Cons

Really don't have anything bad to say, a lot of work at grading time but that's to be expected.
