ProsIt is a top university where the students and the employees come from different countries. You can update your knowledge and learn to communicate with people.

ConsJapanese people are very friendly, but sometimes they do not tell you what they really think. It is important to know about Japanese culture in order to communicate with them.

    Experience may vary depending on center or laboratory. Difficult for foreign staff to go higher up the ladder
