    I have been working at University of Toronto full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    unionized position so raises automatic, good benefits, extra perks such as subsidized metro passes

    Cons

    no bonuses or raises based on productivity/hard work, anything related to administration takes a long time.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Don't know why it takes so long to get things done when requested (ie: repairs, feedback for questions, etc.)

    I had the opportunity to work with some of the top professors within their field during my time at the University of Toronto which offered many learning experiences!

    Cons

    I was on contract which limited my working hours.
