Pros

Stable organization with great benefits - excellent for long-term commitment.

Cons

Large complex environment, not really fast-paced, but as many claim, but ambles along at a relatively stable rate with highs and lows.

Advice to Management

Need better understanding of and respect for lower levels in the organization whose work is as important as the senior level in supporting and driving the work and results forward.

    Pros

Good Pay. Good Opportunities. Interesting projects. Lots of funding and office space. Great location to be on.

    Cons

No real cons. It is a beaurocratic institution so sometimes tech support and getting approval for things can take some time. Otherwise, it's great.

    Pros

salary and benefits - especially if you have children can go for free

    Cons

nepotism, hire who you know, not based on experience or credentials

    Advice to Management

think outside the box and hire those that dont come in fitting your typical hiring formula. That's whats going to increase productivity and bring creativity
