I have been working at University of Toronto full-time (more than 8 years)

Pros

Beautiful campus
World class faculty
Excellent library system, with extensive subscriptions
Diversity of courses and programs offered

Cons

Too many students in life sciences
Multiple choice tests in first and second year
Large commuter student population, which dilutes the campus experience
Heavy course load and lower GPAs in some specializations compared to similar programs at other Universities.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Hire more dedicated lecturers to teach courses.
