I worked at University of Utah part-time (more than a year)

    Pros

Office is really laid back, everyone is nice and friendly. They normally don't fire anyone, don't have to worry about job security. Never late on paycheck.

    Cons

The wage is relatively low compared to similar jobs at corporate employers, maybe because University's funding is quite limited.
A lot of people working here would eventually choose to retire here, so promotion opportunities are limited.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Please increase salary and consider bonus incentive.
