    Pros

tuition reimbursement, I really can not think of any other pros. Management discriminates, in a university setting?

    Cons

Extremely political, judgmental, do not respect employees, terrible pay, and do not respect bachelors degree, amazing in a university setting, I don"t get it??

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Treat employees fair, with respect, and fair pay.
