    I have been working at University of Utah full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

    Good benefits, a great place to work and pursue a graduate degree, excellent working environment, very professional, good benefits that are not monetary.

    Cons

    Raises are hard to come by, the pay is not consistent with work experience, funding is based on the conservative State Legislature.
