Graduate Research Assistant Physics

Graduate Research Assistant (Current Employee) Salt Lake City, UT

ProsThis place a good work environment. It is very supportive for research. I was able to set my own schedule, which was very nice.

ConsI have been here for six years and have not been paid very well. The pay is competitive, but not easy to live off of. It's difficult to graduate and move on if everything doesn't go exactly as needed.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

    Very relaxed

UROP Assitanship (Former Employee) Salt Lake City, UT

I worked at University of Utah as a contractor for less than a year

Pros: UROP application isn't too hard, and nearly all are granted funding. … Cons: Have to stay on top of the time sheets. Must be self motivated… Advice to Senior Management: Just keep helping the kids meet the deadlines. Maybe send… Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend More
