    Pros

The benefits are great. The diversity of the work population is great. I loved working at the U.

    Cons

The pay is low in a lot of the on campus jobs. It is better in the Health Sciences area.

    Advice to Management

Compensation commensurate with the community needs to be looked at. A mandatory online standardized performance evaluation needs to be implemented like the U Hospital has.

  2. Not a Pleasant Place To Work-Hostile Work Environment

    Pros

    Pay is Fair
    Lay Off's are rare

    Cons

    Infrequent contact with managment
management does not consider feedback from employees
    gossiping and favoritism
    inexperienced and unprofessional management=unhappy employees

    Advice to Management

Managment should stop gossiping and focus on business. Work together to overcome difficulties instead of blaming each other for problems. Work on creating a trusting environment. A hostile environment is created from the top and passes to all of the employees within the organization.
