    Pros

World-class research and motivated friendly people make UVM a great place to start a career or complete a post-graduate degree.

    Cons

The pay is low for this position, relative to the cost of living in Burlington. Advancement and enhanced responsibility is available to those who pursue it, but not just given to passive individuals.
