I worked at University of Washington part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Great place to work if you are a people person, since you deal with alumni every day. Great employees, too. Very flexible work schedule.

    Cons

Work can be very bursty, depending on the day or even the time of day. Since many alumni are retired and getting on in years, it can be hard to explain and help them utilize the technology that UWAA uses, which gets annoying.
