I have been working at University of Washington full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Decent program overall (department in the biomedical sciences)

    Cons

None come to mind that don't already come with the territory for grad school. Tough program but good training.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Broaden expectations of students' careers (i.e. less than half end up staying in academia - accept it and keep the training program relevant). Younger faculty are usually better at this; senior faculty take note.
