One of the best job environments I've worked in.

Laboratory Assistant (Current Employee) Seattle, WA

ProsClean facilities, average pay (to start), everything up to code, good work environment, good management staff, climate-controlled buildings, set work hours, easily accessible by bus/car, paid street & private lot parking, nice campus.

ConsTakes a while for maintenance to fix things like burnt out light bulbs, bureaucracy, very little job security at low-level positions, lack of regular raises, mandatory union membership

Advice to Senior ManagementRegular merit raises would be nice.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
