Management by Bully Tactics

Program Manager (Former Employee) Seattle, WA

ProsGreat group of people in many departments. Create opportunities for new concepts (not always approved). Good recognition program and events to recognize special occasions, milestones, and work excellence.

ConsManagers unfair to people they just don't like and never give them a chance. Upper management has experience issues when coming to reviews (not knowing aspects of employee work). Some evidence (not personal, but to former co-workers) of blackballing of former employees to new opportunities.

Advice to Senior ManagementFairness and employees rights need to be paramount.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
