Pros

Great work-life balance, everyone is friendly and it's great knowing that the work you do will benefit students that will shape our society instead of trying to make a buck for a greedy corporation.

Cons

Office culture is often too laid back. Things take awhile to process and "not in the budget" is something that is said too often.

    Pros

Full tuition and insurance payment in exchange for 20 hours per week of work duties

    Cons

Assistantships run quarterly and cause graduate students to be constantly searching for new positions and opportunities

    Advice to Management

Recognize and reward graduate students for the amount of face-to-face teaching that they do.
