    Pros

Excellent group of people with a good work-life balance. Opportunities for learning and movement across different jobs.

    Cons

Lots of red tape and changing policy is difficult. Needs to be split off from the government and stand alone so that the decisions being made are in the best interest of the schools and the students attending and not the government politicians.

    Advice to Management

Increase consistency across the system and work to increase salaries of non-executive positions.
