Current Employee – been working at University of Wyoming part-time for more than 7 years
Pros – It has been the best experience working in a small town.
People are very friendly here.
Cons – Winters in Laramie can be unbearable
Preference of promotion and new openings are given to locals.
Advice to Senior Management – Qualification should supersede location when hiring new employs
