ProsPeople care about each other. Friendly atmosphere. Desire to be the best. Well managed from a business perspective. Opportunities to grow. Good future potential in light of the coming merger with University of Maryland Medical System.

ConsToo lenient at times with poor behaviors. Too focused on growing from within. Need to bring in more outside people to bring in new ideas.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
