Upstream Employee Review

I have been working at Upstream full-time for more than a year

Pros – Always at the peak of technology projects, demanding and with high requirements: you have the chance to demonstrate your skills (if you have them). In that case it is rewarding (in all aspects).

Cons – Sometimes decisions are based not on strategy or logic but on emotional basis... This is also mixing the messages (&directions) to employees.

Advice to Senior Management – Follow the strategy irrespective to personal feelings.
