I worked at Urban Living - Texas full-time for less than a year

    Pros

It is located in a beautiful location. The atmosphere is quite nice

    Cons

Owner/CEO had a lot of enemies. The office would face a lot of threats or hazards because of it. Overtime employees were not compensated.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Listen to your employees dissatisfaction. After I left, I heard of a big legal suite because emplyees were not being compensated for working over time.
