Pros

Educational training is good. Nice store front property.

Cons

They will work you to death and not think twice about it. Forget having lunch!! Hours are from 9am-8pm including on the weekends, and they will give you a day off!!!

Advice to Management

Lighten up on the work load, pay more attention to the clients needs and let sales department do their jobs!

    Pros

Excellent high dollar leads.Great looking trendy work environment.

    Cons

Inabilty to work as an independent contractor realtor Required to work every weekend. You can have 2 days off but not the weekend and as a real estate agent you should be able to work as much or as little as you desire as well as work from your own home office and not go to the office. management can be very unpredictable . High turnover. Commission split extremely favorable to the company. Leads not fairly distributed.

    Advice to Management

Treat agents as independent business owners who understand if they dont work they dont eat. If they are not agents who produce whether working from home or the office simply let them go and tell them they are not a fit for the office.
