I worked at Urban Outfitters part-time (less than a year)

    Pros

The discount, that is a MAJOR reason people work here.

    Cons

The hours are pretty bad that is expected with a retail; however, what makes it even worse is the fact that the schedules were never given to the us in advanced until literally a day before the start of a new work week.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Consider getting an almost new "management team" -- that way there might be more organization and communication which might actually improve everything in the store including customer service & even sale goals. Also hiring girls because they have the "Anthropologie" look might not be the smartest idea since a lot of times those girls tend to miss their shift and not even know how to fold a shirt. Just some advice.
