Cons

management have a stick up their you know what. Don't even think about promotions unless you kiss some serious butt. They treat their customers of color as if they are out to get them, meanwhile the caucasian customers get away with bloody murder including changing the prices of items. Forget about work/life balance. They expect you to give your availability like months in advance, but don't post schedules until sometimes a day before the new week begins.

Get off your high horse, it's just retail!!!
