Fun, rewarding place to work. Alot of focus on customer service and having a good time at work. Good opportunities for people who work hard.
Cons
Really, really nothing bad to say if you work hard you get rewarded for it. Just have a good attitude to work.
Advice to Senior Management
Urban outfitters is such a great place to work. Everyone has loads of fun. Culture of work hard and play hard.
