Pros

training was easy

Cons

when you leave training you get whatever schedule they give you usually 3pm-12am or random shifts.
scheduling is based on performance and starting out it will suck.

I worked at Urban Outfitters part-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Good work environment and relationships; fun atmosphere

    Cons

A less than great store manager can give an overall bad vibe (UO is all about "good vibes.") A lot of plastic waste in shipment that doesn't get recycled.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Please, stop wrapping each individual basic t-shirt in plastic.

I worked at Urban Outfitters part-time (more than an year)

    Pros

You'll meet some of the greatest people you could ever work with. Everyone for the most part is around the same age relatively young. Outgoing group of folk who you can find yourself hanging out with outside of work.

    Cons

The work doesn't equate the pay at all. Your're working a part-time job for minimum wage which management acts as if this is your career..your everything. You may go many months without a promotion or raise.
