“Good people, leadership is lacking.”
Former Employee – worked at Urban Science full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – Consultants are nice and knowledgeable. There is a comraderie among the staff which can make this a fun place to work.
Cons – Pay increases minimal to non-existent as growth became priority over people. Definite favortism shown to certain employees that is not grounded in performance.
Advice to Senior Management – Make sure you take care of your most valuable asset, your employees. There are more jobs becoming available and people will continue to leave if changes are not made.
