Pros

If I had to say one positive thing, it would be that Urologix is a good place to gain industry experience in medical device manufacturing.

Cons

Urologix is not a nice place to work. They do not support family / work balance and clearly do not value their employees.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

They do not care to change so it's pointless.

    Pros

Great product. Loyal users. Need a new owner

    Cons

Broke. Reserves are running very low.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

They just went through a complete layoff of 75% of sales staff to save money. This should have happened 3 years ago to save reserve cash.

    Pros

Great, life changing technology, developed by passionate people who want to make a difference and understand their market

    Cons

Executive leadership is highly overcompensated, without a lot of accountability. They speak in " catch phrases" but are not effective in leadership

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Advice to the board of directors: clear out the upper management and the finance department. There are uneducated people in finance making ill informed decisions. Also consider contracting out the HR functions. Highly inept people in that area as well, leaving you open for lawsuits.
