Pros

Pretty good work-life balance. Also, good health, dental, 401K and vacation plans.

Cons

Poor local management; stressful time of the year to close a canvas

Remember to convey corporate changes / new policies in a positive way to local team.

    Pros

    Flexible schedule. Casual environment. Some traveling. Good base pay plus commission.

    Cons

    Not enough product in the area. Businesses leary of trying something new at a price point above a similar established one.
    Watch out for the 89th day!

    Good Building structure for new Sales Individuals

    Cons

    Difficult to follow sales strategy. Trying to sell a outdated item along side new technology is not an effective marketing push. A priority of technology with the added benefit would have been a stronger direction for the company.
