    Pros

If you like helping people this is a great job. Case Workers, work with children and adults and is able to remove children out of dangers situation. There is also the joy of seeing a parent getting their life together and children return back to their home.

    Cons

Because of the extreme abuse a worker sees this job can burn you out real fast. Children no matter how unhappy or unsafe they are they always want to return home.

Managers need to listen to their workers and make the necessary changers because the job is so stressful.
