Current Employee – been working at Utah State University full-time for more than 3 years

Pros – Work schedule can be flexible depending on your advisor and deadlines. I have heard PhD students graduate with few publications. So that means their schedule is probably pretty loose. Cost of living is cheap so that's always a plus.

Cons – can be hectic sometimes and stressfull. My advisor is still working for his tenure so we keep pushing out papers. Last year (2012) I had submitted 6-10 papers to different conferences. Also, winter sometimes can be very bad.

Advice to Senior Management – Be sure graduate students are treated well and have and have an avenue to air out their concerns.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
