Pros

Management tends to operate in an entrepreneurial management style, so you can make an impact if you are driven and work hard. Great people that believe in working hard, but also make work/life balance a priority.

Cons

Imagewear had pretty high turnover when I was employed there. Imagewear doesn't fit squarely into the overall strategy of VF Corporate, so at times the division doesn't receive the resources or the focuse it needs. Tough to transfer to other divisions for opportunities.

Advice to Senior Management

Employee retention should be a focus. Create opportunities for employees to rotate around within the organization; will create more well-rounded employees, with more loyalty and better results for the company.
