    I worked at VF

    Pros

Great client base, people I worked with at levels below management were amazing and wonderful.

    Cons

Would not allow me to take more than 3 days off in a row in spite of great support structure, management at all levels extremely condescending to all staff, was underpaid compared to counterparts in spite of driving the most revenues and ROI in the organization. Alot of great people who I directly worked with were never recognized or given a decent salary to perform. No promotions available to develop a career within the company--the position you started in pretty much pigeon-holed you regardless of your talents or interests or needs of the company. They looked elsewhere (outside) for prospects.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Please recognize that bad upper management drives unhappy employees--please do not let such bad management continue to run rampant. Allow a career path to happen there--you've lost an amazing amount of talented people due to short-sightedness.

    No opinion of CEO
