ProsGood location, Some very talented people

ConsManagement seems more concerned with achieving their bonus goals than improving the business and their bonuses are not designed to improve the company, Lots of in fighting, Departments are pitted against each other, No career advancement, besides developers and engineers, below market salaries, no reimbursement for trade certifications or education

Advice to Senior ManagementYour product is your people, pay more attention to them and find a buyer soon while you're still worth something.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
