I worked at VIZIO full-time for less than a year

Pros

Vizio is a great place to work. They train you well and thoroughly how to do your job. The other employees are always willing to help you out if you don't know an answer or have a question on something you haven't encountered before.,

Cons

There is a learning curve in applying what you learned in training and applying it. It's a little overwhelming at first, but stick with it, one day the light will go off and it will jclick!

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Management does a great job. Thought when I left that I would get an exit interview, but that didn't happen at all.

I have been working at VIZIO

    Pros

diverse environment. Mostly Asian. The CEO, William Wang is taiwanese.

    Cons

    Here is the catch.
They will offer you much lower salary compared to standard pay and promise with bonus.
But the bonus will never enough to compensate you.
There are two accounting departments and both departments are in big mess.
Not organized, not well planned. You will need to work over the weekend without extra pay.
You are not allowed to speak with others in hallway.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Many people left the accounting departments, you should fire the controller and the VP and hire a smarter guy who motivate your employees to stay and work harder for you.
