Understaffed internal departments. Employees are sometimes staffed to projects by title, rather than skillset and fit.

    Pros

Beer on tap. Opportunity to move to teams you mesh well with if you want. Good people. Everyone works hard.

    Cons

60 hour work week expected. Work first, family second. Pigeon-hole into roles with slim opportunity to move up.

    Advice to Management

Family first!! Have a plan to roll more people over or hire more direct full timers. Not doing so shows you don't respect employees and are willing to chew them up and spit them out.
