“Great company to work for”
Current Employee – been working at VMware full-time for less than a year
Pros – Fantastic technologies and products
Lots of smart people
Excellent work environment and free foods
You are not paid less because you have not asked for more or you were under-paid before in other company, as long as you can do it
Cons – Growing too fast now, processes are not in place, it's up to individual contributor's QOS.
Advice to Senior Management – Keep the vision and execution
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
