“Great place to land”
Current Senior Product Marketing Manager in Palo Alto, CA
Pros – They take very good care of their people. They are building something remarkable and innovative. I love working with the people at VMware. Everyone is trying to do the right thing.
Cons – Processes for carrying out cross-functional projects aren't mature due to fast growth. Sometimes is much more difficult to get things completed than one would expect. Telecommute policy isn't very lenient.
