Constantly shifting landscape with new challenges everyday

Cons

below industry standard pay and a difficult climb if you remain in the same role without jumping around different parts of the company.

    I worked at VMware full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    A great place with great people in a great town. Great! Great! What more can be said. If I ever choose another company, this would be it.

    Cons

    There are no cons. Loved the people, locations, free food. Club Trips were great. This is a no brainer of a place to work and build a life long career.

    VMware provides great benefits/perks, but then again most companies do?

    Micromanagement. Projects and decision making move slower than mud.
