    Pros

The managers are great, co-workers are awesome. Good health benefits. Perks like free food, extra vacation days for working holidays.

    Cons

Overworked a lot of times. No clear path to advancement. Does not appear that pay will increase significantly even when acquiring new skills

    Advice to Management

Offer bonuses and increased salary to people that are top performers.

    Pros

the company really pampers you: free housing, free bus pass, lots of socials, and an entire intern program team to ensure your internship is going smoothly. you get a dedicated mentor who is very competent in their field, so you can learn a lot from the job as well.

    Cons

make sure you have your ssn before working. you literally need the receipt before you start or they will defer your start date. this may mean arriving up to ten business days before your start date, which is quite atypical for internships.
