Products are great
Market is amamzing
People are very bright and talented
So much potential
Cons
No trust in the nevironment
Very Poor senior management
Very critical cullture
Nothing is ever appreciated and never good enoughh
HR has no credibikity
Very arbitary judgemental decisions are made that hurt people's lives
Advice to Senior Management
Get way more in touch with what is going on before you loose any more good people

The paradox is that managers have less technical knowledge than engineers, yet
corporate gives them more credibility. It doesn't matter what you do, you can be a doctor with the cure for cancer, if your boss doesn't like you and tells upper management you did not perform, it's hopeless. Just have a paper trail and emails of your work to prove your worth. If you don't have anything, then say the manager does not provide proper feedback and does not properly manage the team.
